Building businesses alongside our advisory platform: AstraNova Life Sciences, LUMIRAX, Corvanta Care and Clinoryx Technologies belong to Crownbridge Group, with distinct identities, commercial purposes and development priorities.
Our portfolio connects pharmaceutical sector knowledge, specialist care, institutional governance and enterprise technology. Advisory leads the Group’s current professional-services proposition; these ventures pursue separate commercial models and should be assessed according to their own stage and evidence.
AstraNova Life Sciences
Pharmaceutical enterprise · Medicines access and distribution
Acquired by Crownbridge Capital as Crownbridge Group’s first corporate acquisition. AstraNova remains at a nascent stage. Read the announcement.
AstraNova is developing a specialist pharmaceutical business focused on access to premium and hard-to-source medicines. Its customer proposition centres on medicines sourcing, distribution and dependable service rather than the sale of enterprise software.
AstraNova’s development priorities include supplier and customer relationships, operating readiness, quality processes and the permissions relevant to its intended activities. Group affiliation should not be read as confirmation of a particular licence, product availability or distribution territory.

Enterprise software · Pharmaceutical distribution systems
Acquired by Crownbridge Capital as a distinct early-stage technology business within Crownbridge Group. Read the acquisition announcement.
LUMIRAX is a distinct technology venture developing enterprise software for pharmaceutical distributors. It is designed to support operational workflows, visibility and controlled decision-making, with AstraNova as an intended deployment environment and other distribution businesses as prospective customers.
Its identity and commercial purpose are separate from AstraNova. AstraNova’s distribution proposition and LUMIRAX’s software proposition therefore have their own websites and development paths. Product availability, integrations and deployment readiness are confirmed through a scoped discussion.
The dedicated LUMIRAX website currently has restricted access. Prospective customers and partners can request a product discussion through Crownbridge.

Clear boundaries and accountable development
Shared Group ownership does not merge the purpose, contracts or responsibilities of the individual entities. Each engagement or transaction should identify its contracting entity, scope and accountable team. Proposed partnerships, funding and product plans remain distinct from completed transactions and proven operating results.
Potential conflicts between advisory work, ownership interests and venture relationships should be considered before accepting a mandate. Information should move between entities only under appropriate authority and agreed confidentiality arrangements.
