These terms govern your use of the Crownbridge Group website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. About this website
The website presents Crownbridge Group and its separately constituted operating entities: Crownbridge Advisory, Crownbridge Capital and Crownbridge Law. Each contracts and remains responsible in its own name. Crownbridge Capital operates as the Group’s principal-investment and corporate-acquisition platform for its own account. Crownbridge Law currently provides defined non-reserved corporate, employment and workforce-law services.
2. No professional advice or client relationship
Website content is general information and thought leadership. It is not legal, investment, financial, tax, employment, regulatory or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances. Viewing the site or sending an enquiry does not create an adviser-client, fiduciary, solicitor-client or other professional relationship. An engagement exists only when Crownbridge and the client execute appropriate written terms.
3. Regulatory status
Crownbridge Capital is not currently conducting regulated investment activity. Crownbridge Law provides non-reserved corporate, employment and workforce-law services and is not currently authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Where reserved legal services are required, clients may be introduced to an independent SRA-authorised partner firm under a separate engagement. Nothing on this website is an offer, solicitation, financial promotion or invitation to acquire or dispose of an investment.
4. Permitted use
You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own lawful, non-commercial use. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious material, interfere with operation, scrape it at scale, misrepresent Crownbridge, or use its content in a misleading or unlawful manner.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Crownbridge owns or licenses the website content, design, trade names, frameworks and other intellectual property. Crownbridge Governance Stabilisation, the Workforce Governance Index, AI Employment Oversight and the Board Integrity Test are proprietary Crownbridge concepts. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the website under these terms. Crownbridge marks may not be used without prior written permission.
6. Accuracy and availability
We seek to keep information considered and current, but do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice. Historical insight content may not reflect later developments.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crownbridge excludes implied warranties and is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, inability to access the site, or third-party sites. Different liability terms may apply under a signed client engagement agreement.
8. Links and communications
Third-party links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Online communications are not guaranteed to be completely secure or error-free. Time-critical communications should be treated as received only when acknowledged.
9. Governing law
These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
10. Contact and changes
Questions may be sent to Crownbridge Executive Office. We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version with a new review date.
