From evidence to
institutional assurance.
A shared proprietary architecture supporting Crownbridge Advisory, with scoped applications for the Capital and Law platforms, which operate on a limited, selective basis as separate legal entities. CRES™ connects methodology and controlled intelligence without merging entity identity, responsibility or liability. It converts evidence into diagnosis, decisions, controlled action and measurable institutional assurance.
CRES™ is not a separate legal entity, consultancy or public software product. It is a shared methodology and technology layer made available under defined governance, engagement, access and intellectual-property controls.
Three legal entities. One controlled standard.
Client mandate system
Diagnose institutional exposure, structure executive decisions, govern implementation and reassess control.
- Board and governance diagnostics
- Workforce and AI oversight
- Transformation control
- Executive decision support
Ownership intelligence system
Screen acquisitions, test institutional integrity, shape the ownership plan and monitor portfolio-company control.
- Pre-acquisition integrity screen
- Workforce and leadership diligence
- Investment-committee evidence
- Post-acquisition governance baseline
Employment and enterprise evidence system
Develop governance records and external-counsel coordination processes as Crownbridge Law’s operating model takes shape.
- Employment-system risk mapping
- Cross-border workforce controls
- Investigation and evidence governance
- Transaction workforce diligence
Each entity contracts in its own name, accepts only mandates within its own purpose and permissions, maintains segregated matter and financial records, and remains accountable for its own decisions, personnel, liabilities and regulatory perimeter. A client relationship with one entity does not automatically create a relationship with another.
The controlled workflow
Five connected stages. Clear accountability at every step.
Evidence
Capture the facts, documents, stakeholders, controls and uncertainties relevant to the mandate.
Diagnosis
Apply the appropriate CRES™ lenses to expose integrity gaps, dependencies and material risks.
Decisions
Translate findings into options, trade-offs, accountabilities and an authorised course of action.
Controlled action
Register implementation, owners, deliverables, escalation points and evidence of completion.
Reassessment
Test whether the intervention changed institutional reality and whether residual risk is acceptable.
Shared lenses
CGS™ tests governance stabilisation; WGI™ examines workforce governance; AEO™ structures AI employment oversight; and BIT™ tests board integrity. The same lenses can support an Advisory mandate, a Capital diligence or portfolio review, or a Law employer-side workstream—but the purpose, permissions, reliance language and responsible reviewer must be recorded separately.
Evidence may inform more than one Group platform only where the mandate, confidentiality terms, conflicts position, data permissions and regulatory perimeter allow it. Crownbridge Law outputs are not represented as reserved legal services or privileged legal advice. Crownbridge Capital assessments do not constitute investment advice or public capital solicitation.
Authorised access
Access is governed, not self-registered.
CRES™ access is issued only after mandate-fit review, identity and authority verification, conflicts and confidentiality checks, written terms, and role assignment. Approved clients receive an engagement-specific secure portal link. Internal operating access is separately controlled and is never shared through a personal account.
