Crownbridge Law operates on a limited, selective basis, focused on governance support and coordination with independent, appropriately qualified counsel. Its wider capabilities and professional-service model continue to develop.
Crownbridge Law
Governance foundations. Defined responsibilities. Professional collaboration.
Our immediate direction
Current activity centres on governance support, contract-management coordination and external-adviser workstreams within an expressly agreed scope. Wider services are developed in stages, with each mandate assessed for capability, responsibility and appropriate professional input.
Group governance foundations
Develop clear entity responsibilities, delegated authority, decision records and governance arrangements as the Group grows.
Contract and matter coordination
Organise requirements, approvals, records and external-adviser workstreams so that responsibilities are explicit and professional advice reaches the right decision-makers.
Independent professional relationships
Develop relationships with appropriately qualified legal advisers whose expertise matches the jurisdiction and subject matter of a particular requirement.
A defined future service model
Assess the appropriate structure, professional capability, permissions, insurance and engagement terms before expanding the scope of services.
Relationship with Crownbridge Advisory
Crownbridge Advisory remains the lead route for current governance, workforce strategy and executive-advisory enquiries. Its agreed scope should identify when independent legal input is needed. A Group relationship does not automatically create a legal retainer or combine the responsibilities of different entities.
Professional collaboration
Independent firms and qualified practitioners may express interest in future collaboration. A proposed relationship is subject to mutual assessment and written agreement; this page does not imply that any particular firm has already been appointed.
Crownbridge Law is not currently authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and is not presented here as a solicitor practice. An enquiry through this website does not create a solicitor-client relationship.
Where independent legal advice is required, the relevant adviser’s identity, scope, terms and professional responsibility must be established separately. Availability should be confirmed before relying on any proposed introduction.
